My Story

Pure Soul Aromas was not created as a brand idea — it was born from a lived spiritual journey.

Before relocating from West Sussex to the Scottish Highlands, Lisa co-ran the Penny Coin Spiritual Centres, offering sound baths, spiritual healing, and energy-based sessions within supportive community settings.

Alongside this work, Lisa attended courses at the Arthur Findlay College in Stansted Hall, East Sussex, deepening her understanding of spiritual awareness, ethical practice, and holding space with integrity.

Rooted in years of personal healing, meditation, and sound work, Lisa’s approach has grown from a deep understanding of how scent, vibration, and intention support grounding, relaxation, and inner balance.

Living close to nature has shaped every part of this process. The rhythms of the earth, the quiet, and the space to listen deeply all inform how each blend is created. Nothing is rushed. Every candle and room aroma is made slowly, with patience, intention, and respect for the energetic properties of scent that have been honoured in spiritual practices throughout time.

These creations are for those who feel deeply.

My mission

My mission: In today's fast-paced world, finding moments of stillness and inner peace can feel daunting. However, meditation provides a profound opportunity to quiet the mind, cultivate awareness, and reconnect with our inner selves. When combined with the right scents, meditation becomes an even more powerful tool for deepening relaxation and focus.

I love how scents can instantly lift your spirits and transport you to a special moment in time. I wanted to capture this magic by developing a range of fragrances that I believe many people will enjoy.
